Whilst the original intake system proved to be very efficient, we were able to make an improvement by combining a low resistance filter capable of flowing a high volume, sited to maximise cold air, along with a tuned inlet tract. On our test vehicle we gained 9 hp over the original air box with no other modifications. With software tuning and an uprated intercooler, greater gains will be
