Obscure ManifestingThis piece was carved from the surface of a discarded table. Although its legs were broken, the tabletop remained intact, and I wanted to give it a new life. The image came to me in a half dream, half awake stateoriginally, I tried to capture it in an oil painting, but it didnt quite work. Later, I realized that carving the vision directly into the wood and adding color brought out its texture and emotional depth far more effectively. The work now
