Skigh Wines - Coda Nouveau Red 2021 EOFY26-20 sweet basil and ripe yellowAn unusual blend of 75 25 Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot from the certified organic vineyard site on Wildwood Rd, grown to co harvest and co ferment. This vibrant chillable red was first released in 2020, and had significantly longer skin contact resulting in a darker colour and more pronounced tannins. With this release, it was intented to dial those tannins back in and focus on aromatics and a tropical palate for easy summer drinking.
