Used to install & remove the lower fork stem bearing at the base of the triple tree without damage to the fork stem. Removal process requires cutting the outer sheet metal cage (that holds the rollers) of the tapered bearing; this will separate the bearing rollers and cage from the race. Now the race can be pulled.
