Description

Rosso di Merlot & Cabernet Ohrell IGT 2022Produced in Ticino with grapes grown at almost 350 meters above sea level in terraced vineyards. The work in the vines and the harvest of the grapes are carried out by hand around mid October. Winemaking The vinification of this exceptional product is carried out by fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the yeasts to continue the second malolactic fermentation
