12-Inch Large Skillet Cookware The lid from our 8-quartOur 12 inch skillet is designed to be the perfect searing, browning, and stir frying companion. Like the rest of our pans, its made from fully clad, tri ply stainless steel. The skillet is 3mm thick throughout and features a generous, 9. 5 inch wide, cooking surface big enough for 8 chicken thighs. Not too heavy and not too light at about 3 pounds. The stay cool handle is secured to the pan with two rivets.
