Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt - Release 36 Alcohol/Vol_5.3%Blending Notes from the distillery; We were looking for something light to showcase Sherry flavours, especially with this being the first time weve used Moscatel Sherry instead of PX, without needing to turn the whisky into a sherry bomb. The Blend is a little younger than most of our recent releases (and at 7 8 years that says a lot about our other releases) because more mature releases tended to overwhelm the sherry a bit.
