Fitted waistband with small yellow shank buttons to fasten and metal zipper. Full fit sewn in inchwide pleats. Midi length. Nice crisp unfaded cotton. No labels, possibly handmade, but to a high standard. Skirt is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale. SIZEThe skirt is not labeled with a size but fits approx like an XS S. For your best fit
