Ben Nevis MacDonalds Traditional Scotch Whisky 700ml (ABV 46%)Nose First toffee springs to mind, plenty of dry smoke, there's also a honey richness which is balanced very well. Marzipan and raw almonds, very nice nose indeed. Palate Extremely smooth and easy drinking. The first mouth full there's plenty of honey and smoke as well as salted butter and peanuts. Rich, sweet and mouth coating. Finish The peanuts are still hanging around as is the salted butter and smoke. More toffee and a little hint of vanilla.
