1960’s Clear Reproduction Depression Glass Presentation Bowl With Handles Art & CraftDepression glass was originally manufactured during the 1920s 1930s in red, yellow, pink, clear, blue, amethyst, green and black. During the 1960s a variety of companies began producing reproductions of depression glass and these are generally identified by their lack of tiny air bubbles within the glass, a lack of feint lines underneath the item (depression glass rested on beds of straw during the drying process), a complete absence of natural flaws
In 1969 it was transformed into VEB Porzellancombinat Colditz
which grants the figurine a jewel-like sparkle in the glass

The item is sturdily manufactured and designed with an embossed rope motif along the rim as well as fitted with three paw feet attached by means of an ornate plume design

The perfume bottle itself has been decorated in a colourful variety of Greek nymphs
