The medicine releases the active ingredient gliclazide progressively over 24 hours. Dosage Your doctor will tell you how many tablets to take each day. They may increase or decrease the dose, depending on your blood glucose levels. Swallow the tablets with a glass of water. DIAMICRON 60 mg MR tablets can be broken in half.
