It appears that this particular design was created for the USA market. The item is designed with an embossed rope edge underneath the rim resulting in a scalloped effect. The item is decorated in the Johnson Bros Garden Bouquet floral pattern with a large rose being the dominant flower on a band of flowers and leaves.
