Have contacted Hitway support and they say it is me!!! I cant cope anymore. Cost 599. 00. I want a quick sale. You are purchasing on the basis it is a new bike which has never been used. All tools etc are included. It folds, it is extremely lightweight. The battery has charged but I cannot fit it together to the bike. So you would need to purchase
