Part of the Vintage Casks collection, its been released at natural colour and without chill filtration. Stunningly rich and beautifully complex.

The release was distilled back in 1996 and matured in a single sherry butt up until 2021

Palate: Creamy vanilla and cookies

Aromas: florals and berries – which creates a fragrant aroma and a tart sourness

pine resin and toasted bread

A bourbon barrel matured rarity distilled at Glenglassaugh and bottled by the magnificent bottler Adelphi

Bakewell tart and toffee caramel chews

and a whisper of smoke

soft herbal tones add a contrast to the sweeter tones

Expect spicy fruitcake and a hint of dark chocolate on the mid palate complimenting an oaky finish

Then aged in oak casks for around 1 year

This is a great tasting rum indeed
