Nose Smoked cinder toffee, rich malted Islay barley sugar and honey come to the fore, balanced with fresh citrus. Dried fruit and crushed seashells mingle with Octomores heady peat smoke, with cloves, toasted nuts and a hint of coconut adding depth and complexity.
