2020 Cabernet SauvignonCraiglee Cabernet is produced from entirely Estate grown fruit and made on site by winemaker, Pat Carmody. Still very much in its infancy, this feels cool with mint infusing the cassis and blackberries, wafts of tar and cedary oak.
